You can not beat these blanks for their price. With a little work you can have a really good shooting barrel. Great turn around too, order on a Monday and have it in the lathe by Friday. Great product and company to work with.

Used part of this blank for a Ruger mkIII. 10" barrel
Bentz chamber 12x Leupold scope. Off sand bags. 30 year old remington bulk ammo. 1.25" 5 shot groups at 100 yds. are common for the first 20 or 30 rounds then the groups start to grow. Clean the barrel and its back to 1.25" WOW! I was not expecting that.

I received barrel blank in timely manner. At first look it looked like it was steel. It was just the color on outside. It was stainless on inside. The bore was not in center of blank.I had to turn between centers to true up.I never had a rough blank before so I did not know that they come like that.I finished barrel to fit S&W victory pistol .I made it 11 inches long.It shoots less than one inch 5 shot groups at 25 yards. It came out very nice.
