Cartridge Pistol Caliber Barrels

Unlike muzzleloading pistol barrels, you need your cartridge pistol barrel to have a much higher standard of consistency in bore size. With your cartridge pistol caliber barrel from Green Mountain you can build a pistol that is designed to fire a commercially available and standard sized cartridge.

Not only that, but these barrels have been produced using standards for metallurgy that can stand up to the high force of smokeless powder and modern high-powered ammunition. You can choose your Green Mountain custom pistol barrel in 4140 alloy and 410 and 416 stainless steel.

These custom pistol barrels are air gauged to ensure uniform bore diameter for maximum propulsion and zero energy loss as your round travels down the bore. They are also stress relieved to strengthen your custom pistol barrel and enable it to last longer. Choose either round or octagonal.
