  1. Finally!!! 5 Star Review

This barrel is exactly what the 7.62x39 has needed for years. I really like the x39 as it has the potential to do what the 300blk does, but also allows for much cheaper, more powerful supersonic ammo. The 1/8 twist stabilizes all weight bullets. More importantly the 1/8T stabilizes 150gr up to 180gr supers & up to 280gr subs. Something the traditional 1:10T can’t do. There are Ammo manufactures making cycling subsonic ammo for x39 rifles for those that don’t reload. I really hope GMR will make this a permanent addition to their finished barrels or that another manufacturer will wise up & start producing 1/8t, pistol length gas system barrels of various lengths.
Accuracy is great! 1.25” with handloads at 100yds. Steel case is about 2” at 100. My sub loads shoot roughly 1” at 50yds. I intend to stretch it out to 100 & possibly further soon.

I have a few GM barrels in my AK's they have been great , this one also has been great so far , great price , great quality no issues . the only thing I do have an issue with is it didn't come with at least one dimple for a gas block , not really a issue more of a want but would be nice if they offered or if it just had .

  3. The Answer to my poblems 4 Star Review

I built an AR Pistol using an LAR-47 stripped upper and lower and the LAR-47 bcg. Initially I used a radical firearms 7.62x39 barrel. I had more FTFs than I can count and the extractor on the LAR-47 bcg broke, twice. Did a little research and someone on a forum mentioned they purchased this barrel from GM and had a couple thousand rounds through with no issues. I purchased this barrel and an extractor from KAK and together I went to the range and got a little over 300rds with no issues whatsoever. I rated this product 4 stars because I don't know about other barrels. Perhaps some better out there but definitely much worse out there. This one worked for me. Great job GM.
